What Does Monthly Fee - Direct Debit Cover?

Under 10 membership includes:

• Up to 38 weeks of coaching and training.

• Eligibility for competitions and festivals where applicable.

• Opportunities to play in U12/U14 sessions where invited by the coaching team.

• Basketball Scotland affiliation (where applicable), equipment, venue hire and the general running of the club.

Our season broadly follows the school calendar, running from mid-August until the second-last week of June. Membership covers regular training during school term time.

Before You Set Up Your Payment

Please contact the Club Treasurer before setting up your Monthly Fee - Direct Debit if:

• you’re registering more than one child from the same household;

• you believe you’re eligible for a sibling discount;

• you’d prefer to pay your annual membership in full; or

• you’ve already agreed an alternative payment arrangement.

If Your Circumstances Change

If you join during the season with the intention of continuing into the following season, your chosen payment plan is expected to continue until it has been completed.

If your circumstances change, or you’re experiencing difficulty with payments, please speak to your coach or contact the Club Treasurer as soon as possible. We’d much rather have a conversation and help find a solution than have payments stopped unexpectedly.

Please don’t cancel your Monthly Fee - Direct Debit over the summer with the intention of restarting it for the new season. Where payments are stopped without prior agreement, any outstanding balance will need to be cleared before membership can resume.
